Submersible Stainless Steel Level Sensor consists of a stainless steel gas cylinder, a stainless steel capillary and an explosion-proof junction box. It is suitable for high temperature corrosive occasions (water, diesel, gasoline tanks). Measuring range 0~20m~100m can be customized, and 0~600℃ can be customized.

Submersible Stainless Steel Level Sensor Description

The gas pressure level transmitter consists of a stainless steel gas cylinder, a stainless steel capillary and a junction box.

The sensor and signal processing circuit are designed inside the junction box. The gas cylinder needs to measure the inside of the liquid and is responsible for collecting pressure signals. The liquid level pressure signal collected by the gas in the gas cylinder transmits the pressure to the sensor through the stainless steel capillary. This avoids direct contact between the sensor and the measured medium.

It is suitable for high temperature corrosive occasions and effectively solves the problem of high temperature corrosive liquid and sewage level measurement.

The products are widely used in liquid level measurement and control in environmental protection, variable frequency water supply, high temperature oil pool, industrial process control, chemical industry and other fields.

When measuring sewage, sludge and other media, a filter structure can be added according to customer requirements.

Stainless Steel Level Transmitter Applications

The stainless steel level sensor can be directly put into the measured tank for measurement. The measured liquid compresses the air in the gas collecting cylinder, and the air pressure is transmitted to the sensitive element through the capillary. The sensitive element itself does not directly contact the measured medium. Therefore, the transmitter can measure the liquid level of the medium with higher temperature.

Installation Guide

The submersible stainless steel level sensor can be installed in tanks, open pools, etc.

Installation Tips:

The probe should be placed vertically in the water, and the angle with the vertical line should not exceed 30°.
The capillary tube cannot be filled with water. If water is found in the tube, the probe can be removed and the water can be drained.
The capillary tube is thin and cannot be bent repeatedly.
If there are too many impurities in the measured medium, it is recommended to use a filter cover.
