Paperless Recorder-Intelligent Data Management

The paperless recorder is an intelligent data display device. The paperless recorder adopts a new large-scale integrated circuit, and adopts reliable protection and strong anti-interference design for input, output, power supply and signal. 8-way universal signal input (configurable input: standard voltage, standard current, thermocouple, thermal resistance, millivolt, etc.). Up to 10 types of signals can be input. It can have 4 alarm outputs, 1 feed output, RS485 communication interface, Ethernet interface, micro printer interface and USB interface, SD card socket. It has powerful display function. There are real-time curve display, historical curve recall, bar graph display, and alarm status display.

Introduction of Paperless Recorder

The paperless recorder has multiple operation display screens and configuration screens, with a clear display, a large amount of information, and convenient configuration. Users can easily operate and use the instrument without professional training. After the instrument is connected to the power supply, the system initialization screen is displayed. After the system is initialized, enter the real-time curve screen. The paperless recorder has the function of communicating with the host computer, and the host computer can complete the parameter setting, data acquisition, monitoring and other functions of the lower computer.

With the industrial control software, under Chinese WINDOWS, it can complete dynamic screen display, instrument data setting, chart generation, storage record, report printing and other functions. It can also collect data and curves in real time through our company’s upper computer management software, and record historical data and curves. Historical data and curves can also be exported to Excel for data processing.

It can be used with various sensors: pressure sensor, liquid level sensor, ultrasonic flowmeter, electromagnetic flowmeter, Coriolis mass flowmeter, temperature sensor. By using it with sensors, various data such as liquid level, pressure, flow and temperature can be displayed in real time. When the channel number of the instrument falls between the two categories, the larger number will be used as the channel number for calculation.)
