Quantitative Control System for Dosing Control

The quantitative controller is based on ARM microprocessor. It can match all flow transmitters and sensors on the market. It integrates the acquisition, display, control, transmission and communication functions of various signals such as temperature, pressure and flow. It is widely used in trade settlement and factory metering management networks in petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, pharmaceutical, urban gas and other industries.

What is a Quantitative Control System?

The quantitative control system is composed of flow meters, quantitative controllers, solenoid valves and quantitative control boxes. It is used to realize the control of quantitative measurement, quantitative filling, quantitative batching and other processes of fluids. The quantitative control system can realize the quantitative filling function of liquids such as tap water, purified water, methanol, edible oil, alcohol, wine, gasoline, etc.

  1. Control the start and stop of the pump and control the flow

Press the start button of the instrument. The water pump is powered on and starts to fill water. The liquid flows through the flowmeter. The flowmeter transmits the flow signal to the fixed controller. The set value is reached. The fixed controller indirectly cuts off the power supply of the water pump by cutting off the power supply of the AC contactor. The water pump stops working. One-time quantitative completion.
