Introduction of Digital Flow Switch

The digital flow switch is a flow detection device designed based on the principle of heat diffusion. Compared with traditional mechanical flow switches, digital flow switches have the advantages of high precision, fast response speed, long service life, and accurate digital display, so they are increasingly favored by users.

The working principle of the digital flow switch: The principle of heat transfer temperature difference is to use the propagation and diffusion characteristics of heat. Transfer heat from the high-temperature area to the low-temperature area. The heating module and the temperature sensing module are placed in the closed probe.

The heat transfer temperature difference value of the probe is closely related to the flow rate of the measured medium. When the medium in the pipeline flows at a stable flow rate, the sensing module receives a fixed value sensed by the heating module. When the flow rate through the probe changes, the thermal module will transmit a temperature difference signal that changes accordingly. The processor will output the corresponding flow rate result.
