Micro Reaction Torque Sensor Introduction

The Micro Reaction Torque Sensor indirectly obtains the torque value by measuring the torque reaction force at the fixed end (non-rotating end). Its core components include a Wheatstone bridge composed of high-sensitivity strain gauges.

When the torque acts on the object being measured, the fixed end of the sensor produces a slight deformation due to the reaction force. And the resistance value of the strain gauge changes accordingly. The bridge outputs a voltage signal proportional to the torque.

The signal is amplified and filtered and converted into a digital signal. Some models integrate a temperature compensation module to eliminate environmental interference. And achieve high-precision torque measurement.
