High Temperature Flow Meter with Oval Gear

Introduction of High Temperature Flow Meter with Oval Gear

The oval gear flow meter has a pointer and a wheel accumulation device. The addition of a signaling device in the counting mechanism and the matching of the electric display instrument can realize the centralized control of the accumulated, quantitative and instantaneous flow remote transmission. The addition of a liquid crystal digital counter can display the instantaneous/accumulated flow on site. Multiple signals can be transmitted remotely (pulse/current/communication) at the same time.

The oval gear flow meter consists of a flow transmitter and a counting mechanism. A radiator is installed between the transmitter and the counting mechanism to form a high temperature flowmeter. The transmitter consists of a metering chamber equipped with a pair of oval gear rotors and a sealed coupling. The counting mechanism includes a speed reduction mechanism, an adjustment mechanism, a counter, and a signaling device. It can be equipped with an explosion-proof liquid crystal digital display counter to display the instantaneous and accumulated flow on site and output multiple signals at the same time.
